(easy to go to 2x6 or 7 as it's friction)

Like new KKT metal toe straps & new leather straps (off now)

SERVICE JUST DONE
- wheel bearings/hubs apart/cleaned regreased
- bottom bracket bearings apart/cleaned regreased
- all 3 bearings adjusted for min preload and no freeplay
(less friction = easier pedaling)
Drive Train Clean;
- crankset (front gears) off & cleaned
- chainrings off & cleaned separately
- each chainring bolt greased on assy
- both deraileurs off & cleaned
- freewheel cleaned by hand

More Work
- shifting adjusted F&R (limits, height/angle of F)
- front & R wheels trued/straightened to less than a mm
- spokes all snugged just right
- seatpost taken off sanded to remove most marks
- seattube lubed so seapost doesn't rust/get stuck
- filed inside of seattube so it doesn't scratch anymore
- took steering stem off & lubed so it doesn't rust
- took f&r brake calipers off & cleaned w/toothbrush
- cleaned & polished rims lightly
- spokes were a little 'dull' so they were sanded lightly polished cleaned & dried >WOW!
- hubs polished too
- headset adjusted
- brake pads aligned on rims, centered so they don't rub, lever freeplay adjusted
- lubed rear deraileur pivot bolt
- straightened rear deraileur hangar (shifts better)
- chain lightly surface cleaned then wiped off as new chains have a protective grease on them that attracts dust

Misc
- have pants protector & 5 screws
- 27 x 1 1/8" tires have slight cracking on gumwalls but lots of tread
- 26.6 fluted Sugino seatpost

It's a tall bike but at 5-10 I ride it as it is
